Each morning I begin my day with some daily affirmations. I try to speak aloud, essentially offering myself a multitude of affirmations and giving God all the gratitude. It’s a practice I’ve learned works for me to get moving in the morning. If you’ve been going through the motions or finding it extremely hard to get motivated for the day, try these techniques.
