Figuring out what is best for your gut health can be a journey, but you have to take the steps towards a healthier lifestyle for your overall health. It can be overwhelming to research best practices for improving your gut health. Most of the articles you’ve probably searched on google all say to do various diets or eat this and don’t eat that. The fact remains that each of our bodies is different, and digestive systems respond differently. I’ve gone through periods where I experienced extreme gas or indigestion.
